• At no cost to the customer, AAC will professionally complete the entire RFP process including assisting the customer in analyzing supplier contract language in order to negotiate contract terms and conditions.

• AAC will provide ongoing service and support during the full term of the relationship. Services will include assistance with electricity service issues or customer service issues.

• Prior to expiration of the initial supply contract, if requested, AAC will position electricity accounts for renewal.
