NOTES: Workshops: ALL workshops are to be set-up theater style, unless another set is specified in this schedule. Set two tables in the front of the room, one to serve as a head table for a speaker and off to the side, in case a head table for a 4-6 person panel is needed. “Head tables” can be 18”, classroom tables, if space is limited. Provide up to 6 chairs in the front of the room on or near a riser or podium, for head-table use.
All rooms to be set for maximum capacity, unless specified otherwise.
Standard Set: - Podium, except where noted. - 2 6’ skirted tables (head table) in from t of the room, in all meeting rooms - 6 chairs at the front of each room for speakers/panel - 1 6’ skirted table in the rear of the rear of the room for handouts (can be 18” classroom size) - 1 trash receptacle near the entryway Place 2 tables in the front of the room, so that if a large panel is specified, the tables can be shifted to accommodate the larger group. Place chairs, as indicated.
A.V. as specified, per room. Place podium mics only in rooms where specified…larger meeting rooms. These will generally be rooms seating more than 75 persons. LCD projector and viewing screens are needed in rooms where indicated. Once this equip-ment is set, it will remain all day. Use of LCD projection presumes that a laptop will be brought in by the speaker, unless we have specified
