Amar Agarwal was born on September 22, 1963 at the kharsia

(Raigarh district ) of undivided Madhya Pradesh. After completing

elementary education from the local school Kharsia, he graduated

from the Faculty of Commerce, Durga College, Raipur. He served as district president of Bharatiya

Janata Party Youth Forum of Bilaspur.
