Papers are invited on the topics outlined and others falling within the scope of the meeting. Abstracts should be stsubmitted online on or before 31 December, 2012 at e-mail: [email protected] Abstract accepted

by the scientific committee will be invited to submit full text of paper.

Guidelines for Submission of Abstract :

1. Only registered delegates will be allowed to participate.

2. Abstract must be submitted in English.

3. Submitted abstracts should be unpublished and must not have been presented before.

4. Limit your abstract to 250 words.

5. Use Times New Roman font of size 14 & bold for the Title and size 12 and non-bold for the rest of the text.

6. The names of the authors should be mentioned in full, without any titles. Underline the name of the

presenting author.

7. No reference, diagrams, photographs or charts to be included in the abstract.

8. Audiovisual aids i.e. PC with LCD projectors will be provided. Facility for previewing of presentations will be

provided.

9. Each participant will be allotted 8 min for the presentation and 2 min for discussion.

10. Passport size photograph and brief biodata of first/presenting author to be submitted along with abstract.

Reviewing procedure & selection for presentation

1. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee before they are accepted.th2. Notification of the presentation: Oral/ Poster will be e-mailed to the author by 15 January, 2013.

3. The organizing committee shall announce the awards for best posters on Day 2 of Symposium.

4. Organising Committee will publish Conference Proceedings. Only accepted abstracts for oral/poster

presentations will be published in the conference proceedings.

Taking the air route to Raipur is the most favored and hassle-free way of traveling to Raipur. There are a number of flights that connect Raipur to the other major cities. Situated in the heart of India, is endowed with a rich cultural heritage and attractive natural diversity, the

state is full of ancient monuments, rare wildlife, exquisitely carved temples, Budhhist sites, palaces,

- Raipur is the capital of Chhattisgarh. Places of interest in Raipur - Guru Ghasidas

musium, Nandanvan, Budha Talab & Swami Vivekanand Garden. New capital complex has an

international cricket stadium and lake. Places near by Raipur - Champaran village has religious

significance as the birth place of saint Vallabhacharya, The Laxman temple (Sirpur) believed to have

been built in 7th century is one of the finest brick temples in India. Rajim situated on the confluence of

the three rivers Mahanadi, Sondur & Pairry. It has a group of temples, of which the main one

(Rajivalochana Temple) is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Bhilai Steel Plant is one of largest and profitable

units of SAIL. Barnawapara is a national wild life santury easly reachable by road & is about 70 Km from
