The January Review Letter is an opportunity to touch base with the client, welcome them to the new year, remind them of the year’s upcoming review meeting, as well as the contents of that meeting.

Dear Friends, It’s a new year and I have appreciated your continued friendship, trust and confidence especially during my office relocation this past summer. However what did not change was my “Best in Class” team, tools, strategies, products and excellence in serving you our #1 priority.

Annual Review Letter (month prior to mtg)

This letter is intended to follow up with the client and let them know you’ll be reaching out to them to setup a annual review. It’s a good opportunity to set expectations for the meeting.
