What springs to mind when you think of the Adriatic Coast? Good Food, Beautiful Scenery, History, Art there are many reasons to visit and these are just a few.

There are numerous towns in the area Bibione, Lido di Jesolo and Punta Sabbioni to name but a few. There is a plentiful array of restaurants, snack bars, cafes, ice-cream bars and shops to visit.

If you need a change from the hustle and bustle of the busy little towns then why not take a look at the fascinating hinterland of the Cavallino peninsula.

You could also take a trip to Piazza San Marco and numerous other attractions in Venice and the surrounding area. You will never be short of things to see and do!

A big campsite with a large new water park. The wide sandy beach ends gradually in the sea and is well maintained. The best way to explore the surroundings is by bicycle. Alternatively take a trip to the beautiful city of Venice. It’s just 1.5 km to the ferry that brings you to the San Marco square.

Croatia

Istria is in the western part of Croatia. It’s a very popular destination due to a large coastline, beautiful scenery full of villages and towns to visit with a wealth of historical places to see. You could pay a visit to the Amphitheatre in Pula, built in the 1st century AD or the Gothic House in Porec, built in 1473.You can try the local cuisine or have a picnic at one of the many beautiful beaches, enjoy the view over the lush valleys, vineyards and olive groves spread out over the rolling hillsides of one of the largest peninsulas of the Adriatic. There is endless things to see and do in this wonderful part of the world!

ProvenceProvence is a fabulous region in France known for its warm climate, friendly locals, food and history.

One of the many towns you can visit is Castellane which is tucked away down a steep canyon. The Chapel Nôtre-Dame-du-Rock perched high above Castellane which was formerly a Roman town of Petra Castellana. During the summer, this pretty town is a hive of activity.

The Ardeche The Ardeche is one of the best kept secrets of France, its natural beauty makes it ideal for nature lovers with a wide variety of outdoor activities such as trekking, horse riding, rock climbing and cycling.

Ruoms Vinimage is a museum devoted to the rich wine growing tradition of the region. There are guided tours around the old town followed by a tasting and the Pommiers Rose Garden. For the kids there is the ‘La Belle au Bois Gourmand’ a traditional Sweetshop.

The Languedoc The Languedoc features great beaches, medieval villages and some of Frances best architecture like chateaux and cathedrals

Portiragnes PlageThere is a fabulous sandy beach to enjoy the endless summer sunshine with many different activities such as variety shows, dances and volley ball to keep everyone happy.

BeziersBeziers is known for wine and is ideally located to visit the real Languedoc. Off the beaten track, this town is surrounded by the Orb River and a canal. Attractions include art and folklore museums.
