If James Person doesn’t want to sell we would have to use eminent domain to obtain the land to the south of the school property otherwise we won’t have enough land to complete the track

Property

The equipment alone would be about $1720.94 and the track would be about $250,000 all together its about $251,720.94. We would also have to level out the land, and the soil would be $100 per truck fullThere are a few grants we could use to help fund the track such as: Baseball Tomorrow Fund, NFL Grass root Program, Charlotte Martin Foundation, and Keep Gym in School Grant. We could also have bake sales, car washes, and other fundraisers.
