Deadline for submission: Claims must be submitted to Smart­Choice no later than by December 31st of the same year in which the expense was incurred. It is important to note that the receipt must be dated within the applicable plan year.

The Fitness Reimbursement is taxable. The fitness reimbursement program is an optional benefit provided to U.S. Team Members and was created in support of Dell's overall health and wellness initiatives. The rules for this wellness incentive reimbursement and taxation adhere to IRS regulations. These regulations state that fitness reimbursement monetary rewards are reportable on your W-2 and subject to tax.
