1. Aircraft inspected lAW 14 CFR 43 Appendix D using R182 & TR182 Service Manual as a guide.2. Airframe and flight controls lubricated, wheel bearings greased, tire pressures checked, and normal

servicing performed.3. Gascolator inspected, cleaned, reinstalled, and safetied.4. Landing gear extension, retraction, and emergency extension checked.5. Battery serviced.6. R&R propeller governor control rod end with new HF-3M.7. Tightened LH outboard top flap roller bolt.8. Remove RH stack and file flange, install new no-blow gaskets.9. Removed LH tailpipe clamp, faced bolt flanges on belt sander, straightened warped corners, and

reinstalled with new hardware.10. Fabricated new manifold pressure line from 5052-0, (2) new AN819-4D and (2) new AN818-4D.

Installed with new adele clamps down the RH side of the engine from #1 cylinder to airframe unionnear #5 cylinder.

11. Removed LH 1280111-1 brake swivel fitting and installed rebuilt 1280111-1 by Robair Repair, LLG.12. Removed, disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled LH brake caliper with (2) new MS 28775-222

O-rings.13. R&R RH MLG outboard wheel bearing components with the following new parts: (1) LM29749-

20629, (1) LM29710-20629, (1) 154-30010, (1) 153-30014, (1) 153-30015.14. Tightened landing gear "green" light in panel.15. R&R front spinner bulkhead with new 2250122-1. Installed (1) 2250122-1.16. R&R rear spinner bulkhead bracket with new C5046. Reinstalled propeller with new A1633-11 O-

ring.&R LH rear horizontal stabilizer mount bolt with new M$21042-4, (2) AN960-416, (1) AN4-10A.17.

18. Owner greased primer O-rings under my supervision.19. Owner repaired pilot's door latch stop bracket under my supervison.20. Owner repaired ring terminal connection at LH landing light under my supervision.21. Owner applied chafe tape to upper wing struts where the fairing meet under my supervision.22. 14 CFR 91.207(d), ELT inspection, cw by visual inspection and operational test. Battery exp: SEPT

23. CiW AD 2011-10-09 by visual and dimensional inspection, due again at 2420.2 (AEL S470) orzho(5131.0)5/2020, which ever comes first.

RLM24. All ADs current through 05/1 3/2019. See AD compliance log for futt fisting.

I certify that this aircraft has been inspected in accordance with an ANNUAL inspection and found to be inan airworthy condition.
