I certify that this aircraft has been inspected in accordance with a 1-4 Phase inspection and was determined to be in an airworthy condition. All work accomplished is on file under service order no. 18774 at Raytheon Aircraft Services repair station FV1R154K. This inspection was accomplished I/AJW Raytheon Aircraft Services Inc. Petform mega-ohm check on all static wicks. Inspect and clean outflow and safety valve. Inspect and clean safety valve filter. C/W Beech SB 0632-280Rl fuel seepage inspection, no leaks found. C/W Beech SB 2385Rll landing gear inspection of the drag leg. This bulletin no longer applies due to revision U removing it from Mandatory status. Petformed windshield L & R anti-static coating inspection. Perl6rm L & R windshield weather seal inspection. Inspect all cabin window attach frames. Petform baggage pod inspection. Check all edgelighted panels for operation. Petfonned oxygen mask drop check. Removed sutface scratch from R/H # 1 window IA W Beech SB 2208RI. Replaced fwd and aft evaporator filters. Petformed hydraulic brake reservoir equalization orifice. Inspected # 13 and # 14 hinged access doors for cracks. C/W L & R flapper valve inspection. Petformed dual buss feeder diode check and replaced RIH no.3 and L/H no. 1 diodes. Replaced RIH brake lining insulators inboard rear and inboard and outboard front. Retorque L & R windshield screws. Recoated L & R heated fuel vents. Reglued LIH propeller deice boot. Replaced loose rivets as necessary on L/H cowl ice vane hinge. Adjusted LIH ice vane chain. Reglued R/H center section deice boot. Replaced working rivets in RIH inboard flap as necessary. Replaced left emergency window seal with new. Replaced pressurization controller filter with new. Petformed aileron/rudder interconnect inspection. Petfonned rudder trim actuator inspection. Inspect and clean L & R fuel purge tanks. Performed landing gear fill reservoir screen inspection. Perform hydraulic powerpack gear up and down port screens inspection. Performed rudder pedal pivot inspection. Serviced oxygen system to 1850 psi with aviators breathing oxygen. Replaced rivets in nose steeri! bungee rod end. Retorqued steering bracket. Replaced L & R emergency windows and seals with w. Inspected nose gear drag brace bolt for wear and corrosion. Repaired deice boots as necessary. Rep aced nose gear down lock light assy. Operational check of prop sync was found to be satisfactory. Replaced L/H main gear down lock switch assy. and rigged. Replaced nose gear actuator with overhauled unilby Airight Products Inc. see fonn 8130-3 track no. 00803613-087. Replaced No. 2 cabin window with lew. Replaced all cabin window seals L & R side no. 1,2,3,4 and 5. OiVtemp gage was swapped from the left side (sin 384) to the right side (sin 168) for troubleshooting. LIH oil pressure sender s/n 23505 was swapped with the RIH oil pressure sender s/n 19257 for troubleshooting. Operational and leak check was satisfactory. Replaced all strobe flash tubes IA W C.A.M.M.. Repaired tail nav light wire with new butt splice. Removed L & R starter/generator and sent out for overhaul by Consolidated Aircraft Supply Co. Inc. then reinstalled. Removed nicad battery and sent out for deep cycle by Garrett Aviation Services then reinstalled. This aircraft was determined to be in an airworthy condition and satisfactory for return to service.
