AIESEC India Information Management principles The Information Management principles for AIESEC determine and make explicit the way in which AIESEC India Member Committee and Local Committees operate together for the successful development of the Information Management subsystem in all the levels of the organization. All Local Committees and official expansions have the right to access and use the National Information System under the present principles. As a Member Committee we follow the International Information Management Principles and we are part of the Global Information System. Definition: The National Information System comprises MYAIESEC.NET as a main tool and PODIO as a complementary tool for specific business needs. Implementation: Every Local Committee shall ensure the proper implementation of the National Information Systems as well as encourage its members on the responsible and sustainable usage of them. AIESEC India Member Committee must support Member Committees in the implementation process. Support and Education: AIESEC India Member Committee shall provide the education framework for the users of the National Information systems as well as enable efficient support and feedback channels for them. Tools Development: Any Local Committee interested in designing and developing tools to be integrated to the National Information System should follow the process and principles mentioned below. Communication: Member committee is responsible for the monthly review of this document and communication of the same true Focus and MIM commission. Principles • All Local Committees shall use the National Information Systems as the primary tool that supports their organizational processes and communication. • Local Committee information systems shall not be developed as an alternative tool to the National Information System. • Local Committee information systems shall be completely aligned with the AIESEC Way, Our Brand and AIESEC Experience and not violate XPP and Code of Ethics. • Local Committee is responsible to ensure the members registration on MYAIESEC.NET and members participation in the national and local PODIO workspace. • Local Committee is responsible to ensure the knowledge management sustainability of the entity true Wikis, Files, Team Pages, Entity pages and any other tool on MYAIESEC.NET • Local Committee is responsible to ensure the Team Management and Transition sustainability of the entity true PODIO workspace applications. • Local Committee is responsible for delivering the training and learning circles needed at all levels of the organization.

  • Local Committee will always make sure that all communication to be made with entities outside the organization is made through the official mail @aiese.net

    AIESEC India Member Committee will follow the process mentioned below (Tools development Methodology) to be in position to recommend which Local Committee information system can build new tools to be piloted and implemented at National Level

    Tools development Methodology

    Any Local Committee interested in designing and developing tools needs to send the follow information to the email [email protected] whit the subject IM Tool development LC Name :

    Tool objective, main users, main targets, time needed, HR needed.

    This is going to be review and answer before the next 10th working days after the email are received. This process is not to stop the development of the tool is to ensure that there is not other Local Committee developing the same or is already developed, so like that the Local Committee dose not spend time on the project and can come up with a new project that is not developed yet, or be part of the development in progress.
