African Oil and Gas industry is experiencing a period of sustained boom and challenges to its stability and to its position as the primary global energy supplier. Lack of investment, insecurity, inadequate professionals, fast technology advancement and operation uncertainties continue to affect the industry, production outputs and growth. While the global energy consumption continues to rise and the discoveries of new hydrocarbons in Africa are increasing, industry landscape appears to be shifting away from traditional hegemonies. Presented by the SSCG, Upstream and Downstream Conference and Exhibition (UDC) Africa 2015 aim is to attract global and local petroleum executives, government officials, professionals, operators, engineers, specialists, investors and companies from around the world in a series of interactive business and technical panels and sessions to discuss the industry landscape and growth potential. The goals of the conference are to provide participants with new insights, tools, perspectives and strategies to help them manage industry-related issues and challenges as they operate, invest and expand into the region. This conference will deliver expert insights into the social, financial, technological and market developments affecting industry growth, policies and Oil and Gas producers. In addition, create a suitable platform for companies and exhibitors to enhance brand awareness, showcase their solutions, products and services; and to connect with other suppliers.
