TMCS Project Status
• In 2008, AEROTHAI awarded LFV Swedavia Sweden to design “Future ATM Operation Concept and ATMC Implementation Plan”.
• In 2013, AEROTHAI selected Thales ATM products: – Topsky-ATC,
– Topsky-Tower,
– Topsky-Simulation
• In 2015,AEROTHAI awarded Helios for safety assessment Consultancy.
• At present, TMCS is in the process of transition from the legacy system to the New ATM system (TMCS), it will be operated in 2018.

– Operational Procedures Training
• Engineering Training – Data Processing System
– Voice Communication & Control System (VCCS)
– UPS and Power Supply
– IP Network Training• IP Cloud Part 1 (Basic)
• IP Cloud Part 2 (Advance)
Training Obstacles
• Delay of equipment delivery causes delay of training plan
• Development of training resources and materials is time consumption, it increases working workload of expert (OJT instructor, SME, Course developers)
• Trainee have fixed working schedule, it’s difficult to setup training schedule for them.
• English proficiency
• Accomplish recognized ATSEP training courses
• Maintain working competency and hold ATSEP certificate and valid ATSEP license
• Working in CNS/ATM system worldwide
