: Check-in Location

: Route to Check-inN

1. Only one vehicle is allowed to go through the check in and unloading route.

2. Please follow the map on the front of this ticket for the most accurate route through campus for your hall.

3. Follow the directional signage for your residence hall check in location.

4. Ensure you have your government issued ID with you to verify your name at check-in.

5. While in the residence hall and anytime on campus, all students and guests must be wearing a face covering.

6. Students and two adult guests only will be allowed to move belongings into the residence hall.

7. Please plan to have your car parked in the unloading zone for 30 minutes maximum. You are welcome to park your car in a more permanent spot after unloading and walk to the residence hall while continuing to unpack.

8. Pets are not allowed in the residence hall. Please leave them at home during move-in.

9. The student, including the adults helping with move in, should be well and not have been in contact or exposed to someone who has or recently has had COVID or COVID like symptoms.

10. Remember to bring hand sanitizer and other personal health supplies you may need.

11. Bins, carts, and hand trucks may not be available, so please plan accordingly when arriving on campus.

12. Please follow directional and physical distancing signs in the residence halls, including elevator capacity limiting one family unit per elevator as well as maintaining a safe distance apart from others that are moving in.

13. Bring this “ticket” with you to show at the check-in spot indicated by a star on the map.

Wildcat Move-In TicketWelcome, Wildcat! The following information outlines some of the move-in expectations

and procedures to follow for a smooth move-in experience.

Please be aware that we will have staff on campus to assist with directions, questions and needs that may arise. We are so excited for your arrival and even though check in looks a little different this year,

we couldn’t be happier that you are here to embark on your 2020-2021 journey with us.

When you arrive to campus and find your halls check-in location (which will be stared on your map), staff will hand you your check in packet and keys. Next, we will point you in the direction of your specific hall and you can begin unloading and moving in.

Please contact the on-call number posted in your residence hall if there are any issue or concerns you may have. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your move-in experience while you set out to Live Central!
