Overview

Addax Bank B.S.C. (c) (“Addax” or the “Bank”) was established in the Kingdom of Bahrain inOctober 2003, as a Bahrain Joint Stock Company (Closed)

The Bank operates under a Wholesale Banking License issued by the Central Bank of Bahrain

(“CBB”) with a paid-up capital of approximately US$80 million

The Bank’s activities include private equity and investment banking services

o Principal investments within the MENA region focused on growth capital

o Advisor services M & A advisor and rivate lacements

Addax has a demonstrated track record of raising capital and a strong brand that allows it toraise capital for transactions and syndicate products on an opportunistic basis from regionalinstitutions and hi h net-worth individuals

Waha Capital PJSC is a publicly listed Abu Dhabi-based, diversifiedinvestment holding company with interests in aviation leasing, maritime,land development and financial services.

The International Financial Advisors Company (IFA) is a publicly listedclosed shareholding company in Kuwait, established in 1974. IFA’s activities

Global Zone Co Ltd GZ is a Kuwait based defense contractor. Establishedin 1999, GZ has a strong track record in aviation, integrated securitysystems, as well as public sector projects and support services.
