We welcome you to join us for our 11th Annual Eastern Secondary Market Conference with Exhibits. This is the same lo-

cation the MBA national will hold their CREF Conference directly before our dates and their Servicing Conference the

week after our conference.

We expect 200250 and more attendees this year. This is by far one of the best venues for this conference. It is more than

perfect for ease of traffic flow between the exhibits and session room directly side by side and no corners to go around.

Please refer to the floor plan of the exhibit room further in this packet. We have planned all receptions, breakfast, breaks,

lunch to be in the exhibit room and all non-conflict time. The exhibit room stays open all day on Thursday to allow you to

use this area for networking and appointments. We only have space for 30 tabletops so please get your registration in as

soon as possible. We did sell out last year and were able to add to the foyer but we wont have that option this year.

Reception (All exhibits and materials must be removed after

the closing and no later than 7 PM.)

5.5 Hours Non-conflict exhibit time and a total of 10 hours

open. The exhibit room will be open all day on Thursday for

any business appointments/meetings you may make in between

exhibit times. We realize this conference brings a lot of networking

opportunities and this gives you the space and time for these ap-

pointments. Exhibitors asked to have more free time on the final

exhibit day to get ready for evening functions so we closed at 4:30

this year. (The conference concludes the next day on Friday and

you are welcome to stay!) The attendees have one more session on

Thursday after the exhibits close giving you plenty of time to pre-

pare for your evening events.

The hotel does not have shuttle service but taxis are plentiful.

Downtown Orlando is only 15 minute drive but International

BadgesYou will be given a name badge at the registration desk. This badge is proof of your registration and must be worn to all

events. You must wear your badge to be admitted to all MBAF sponsored functions or have access to our area.

Conference CancellationsPlease note: Refunds are provided minus a $100 cancellation fee if received and acknowledged in

writing by January 8, 2014. No refunds can be provided after this date but we do accept substitutions. The MBAF must provide guar-

antees to the hotel and we are unable to make any reductions after our commitment is made.
