What is a Doctor’s order sheet?

The Doctor’s order sheet contains all the necessary information on the admitted patient: name, date of order, name of medication prescribed, its relevant details & other notes of the doctor.

What is a patient’s medication profile?

An ongoing record of patient specific information used to monitor drug therapy. This record includes: patient information, conditions & other pertinent information and all medications currently dispensed for the patient. PMP helps in reducing chance of any unexpected side effects & managing the patient’s medications.
