INTRODUCTIONActive Partners Group (APG) is a vast growing regional enterprise registered in many countries andcurrently has its corporate office located in United Arab Emirates. APG spans a number of countriesworldwide to penetrate different markets. In addition to our offices we have many subsidiaries, associates& Joint Ventures with local, regional and international market leaders. This had helped us expand ourcapabilities and/or markets in the region and worldwide.

15 years ago, we launched our first commercial company (AM. SYS) in Information Technology and as theyears passed, activities expanded vertically and horizontally which led to the establishment of othercompanies working in different activities and later forming the group. We now have offices located inmany countries worldwide with each office with an area of specialization to ensure the delivery of thebest service to our customers:

OSCAR – Africa (Joint Venture Partnership): Active Partners Group and Oscar Emirates

General Contracting LLC has entered into a partnership to carry out projects in Africa.

Oscar Emirates General Contracting LLC was founded in Abu Dhabi in 2008 as an extension

of the construction operations of its Irish owner. The Irish business is currently a multi

billions implemented projects business founded in 1978, the experience and expertise

gained over the years have now been brought successfully to Africa, Middle East,

Afghanistan, Iraq & recently established an office in Kuwait.

Oscar’s high standards, attention to detail and to client requirements have resulted in an

OSCAR – Africa (APG & Oscar JVP) is looking at the procurement and execution of

Design an earthing system for Jaily Shandi Attbra Transmission Line:

The electricity corporation in Sudan faced a serious problem of installing an

earthing system for this line which is passing areas with harsh soil conditions that

makes earth resistance very high. APG with one of its international partners who is

a pioneer in this field (GALMAR) designed an effective solution to this line that

overcome all the challenges and provide the required results by the client.

Currently Engineering, Procuring, Constructing & Financing (EPC-F) a 197.6 million

USD project for the electrification of 5 State Capital Cities in Southern Sudan. The

project includes Power Plants, distribution & reticulation networks and consumer

connections inclusive of electric pre-payment meters. APG is the main contractor

and is working in this project with its partners Hyundai Heavy Industries-HHI

(Korea), Gyoti International (India) and KEPCO (Korea).

With our international partners (ZTE) & PALMA, we designed a full master plan to

implement the E-Government project in Sudan. An MOU of 150 million USD has been signed

with the government to finance & implement Phase-1 of the E-Government project in

Sudan.

Implementing a complete Advance CRM platform for Civil Aviation Authority in Sudan to

help getting flight information using Telephone calls (IVR) or SMS or display screens inside

airports with voice announcements generated automatically from the platform servers.

Our J.V Partners (PALMA SUDAN) have carried out many Business Process Management &

Re-engineering projects (BPM & BPR) for many governmental and private entities e.g.

University of Khartoum, Sudan University, etc. Plus participating in the exercise of

optimizing all processes for the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Our subsidiary (A.M Sys) completed different S.W projects including Web based

applications, IVR Applications and WAN distributed databases for clients like Sudatel, GIAD,
