• Divide into groups by your chapter• Chapters with three or less pair up with
another chapter of three or less• Supplies –
1) Easel Pad Post-it2) Colored Markers3) Active Brain

• 5 minutes to discuss and write down activities your chapter has done in the past two years
• Divide them into two categories– Successful vs. Unsuccessful
After the music stops each group will be given 3 minutes to present poster and ideas
Hitting a Home RunTHREE Bases are needed to be successful!

•Second Base – Quality chapter activities
•Third Base– Motivation!!!

• Promote Alpha Zeta’s name within your college and university
• Build on the principles of Alpha Zeta• Capitalize on the positive and build from
the negative• Be unique and different
Trust Your Coaches • Our officer team serves as the coaches of our chapter
• Each officer has a specific duty to chair– Chancellor – Scholarship and
Leadership Development– Censor – New Member
Education – Scribe – Fundraising– Treasurer – Community
Service– Chronicler – Agriculture

• Recruit members who receive invitations
• Use the officer team to help
• Provide reasons for invitees to become members
