QUARRY  SITE  &  PLAN

This  Is  An  Old  Quarry/Pit  Site  That  Was  Never  Rezoned.  But  Did  Lose  License.

James  Dick  Construction  Ltd.  Jumped  To  The  Opportunity.  Bought  The  Land  2  years  ago.

Their  Argument  Is  That  It  Is  Still  Zoned,  And  Have  Applied  For  Their  License.

Site  Plan  -‐ Facility  For  Recyclable  Material.  Asphalt,  Concrete?

The  Objection  Process  Allows  JDCL  Up  To  Two  Years  To  Respond.

We  Will  Have  Only  20  Days  To  Respond  Back.

Timing  Is  Critical  That  We  Have  Technical  And  Legal  Expertise.  That’s  Going  To  Be  Expensive!
