Impact in 2010

After floods swept over Pakistan, destroying vital infrastructure and leaving millions at risk of water-borne illnesses like cholera and diarrhoea, Action Against Hunger provided displaced Pakistanis with access to clean water and emergency sanitation.

290,000 Pakistanis Benefited from Emergency Water & Sanitation Programs

After the devastating 7.0 Magnitude earthquake struck Haiti, Action Against Hunger was one of the first organizations to provide immediate access to clean drinking water for survivors in Port-au-Prince, scaling up emergency water and sanitation programs in response to the recent cholera outbreak.

300,000 Haitians Benefited from Daily Access to Clean Water
