Acting Head: Education: Mr JR Nkosi

Mr Jabulani Rolland Nkosi was appointed Acting Head: Education after serving government in a number of capacities namely Director Human Resource Management, Acting Chief Director HR and Acting Deputy Director- General Systems and Planning. He also served the Education Labour Relations Council as an Executive Committee member and served the South African National Parks as a General Manager for

the period May 2011 to February 2016.

Mr Nkosi is possession of a National Diploma in Public Management and Administration, B Tech degree in Management from the Tshwane University of Technology, Completed course work towards the M Tech degree and already submitted his mini dissertation focussing on Performance Management in the Public Service.

He also acquired the following courses: Applied Education and Economics from the University of Wits, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Negotiations from the International Negotiations Academy Manie Spoelstra Institution.

Despite working in the Department of Education, Mr Nkosi served the Tshwane University of Technology as a lecturer for the period January 2007 to December 2015.

Before being appointed Acting Head: Education, Mr Nkosi was appointed by the Department of Health as a Chief Director and a Chief Negotiator for the said Administration.
