knowledge.• Develop our swimmers holistically to

be fine sportsmen & women with the right attitudes.

Safety• Proper and approved swim wear and gear is

required.• Only go into the swimming pool when instructed.• Walk, do not run.• If you feel unwell, immediately swim to the nearest

side of the pool and inform your coach & TIC.• Protect your skin. Wear sunscreen.• Take a shower before entering the pool.• Do not play in or near a pool.

Discipline for swimmers• Be punctual for all training sessions• If you are unable to attend, inform your

respective TICs asap.• Be properly attired• Have the attitude of a sportsman.

Millennium Aquatic Swimming Club

Millennium Aquatic Swim Club is one of the members of the Indonesian Swimming Federation (PRSI) in the Capital Region of Jakarta. It has been

instrumental in training and equipping outstanding Indonesian athletes and one of them is I Gede Siman

Sudartawa, who received 6 gold medals at the SEA Games in 2011- 2015 and became an Olympian in

London 2012.
