Water is one of essential material in daily living. People using water everyday in many activities, for example : cooking, washing, drinking, etc . So, that’s mean water has an obvious influence in people’s life including health. Using a poor quality water in daily life could make a bad impact in people’s life, for example : get infectious disease, and etc. This Program that will be done to improve the quality of water is by put a device called EBB(echo bio block)in the container. EBB is a concrete block with sealed effective bacteria which clarifies and improves water quality. We hopes EBB could improve the quality of water. To prove that, we will doing water analysis before and after the EBB settled. Beside that, we also give an education that will presentate by an expert to the community about the importance of water in people’s life, how to keep a good quality of water and also about water-borne disease and how to prevent the disease. And of course we will survey if our project succesfull or not by doing a follow up to the community. If the EBB doesn’t work well, we’ll chlorinate the water by using charcoal. Then tell people the result of water analysis and change the quality of water. We hope people’s life will getting better after we running this program.Toilet program

In increasing the quality of toilet, we are going to hold two programs for the local people. Firstly, we will give information “how to get a good toilet and keep it cleanly”. The aim of this program is the local people can prevent infection that come from dirty toilet. And the second program is competition for the local people in cleaning toilets. After that, they have to keep it cleanly till the next day and we will give reward for the best team.Besides that, a poster about handwashing will be shown to the community. And for children, we will divide them into some groups and practice handwashing by using some picture cards and video. And we also practice it directly in room. By holding this program, we hope children can keep their hands cleanly, especially before eating something in order to prevent infection too.On the second year, we will clean the toilet together with the local people and explain about the relation between toilet quality and the disaster and followed by hearing investigation.
