Accessing CSCOPE Transition Documents
What is the purpose for the CSCOPE Transitional Guides?
The purpose of the Instructional Transition Guide (ITG) is to assist in the planning of mathematics instruction for the 2011-12 school year using the 2011-12 Year-at-a-Glance (YAG), 2011-12 Instructional Focus Documents (IFDs), and the 2010-11 Exemplar Lessons.
So, what are CSCOPE Transitional Guides?
CSCOPE transition documents have been created to help identify 2010-2011 Units/Lessons teachers are to use to meet the 2011-2012 CSCOPE timeline.

Select a Grade Level and Content Area by clicking on the drop-down menu.
Make sure the content area chosen has (2011-2012) in it, otherwise you will be unsuccessful retrieving the transition document.
