Accessing Policy

• Global policy• Access (No charging for first pair of certificates) is given to below customers:

• organisations which are actively engaged in ATFCM or Aircraft operations (and related support services), or to their delegated data handlers.

• Flight Service Group• Route Generation and Flight Plan Validation => Global policy• Flight Plan filing and management => Global policy + restriction:

• Each requester should have his own SITA or AFTN address to receive subsequent messages (like FLS, SAM, SRM, …) related to submitted flight plans. => first dev step. To be removed after appropriate alternative messaging in place.

• Airspace Service Group• Access to route availability (CDR) => Global policy• Access to airspace availability (RSA) => Global policy + restriction:

• access to RSA only provided to airspace service providers, not to airspace users.

• Flow Service Group and General Information Service Group• AIM and ANM access => Global policy
