WHY Standalone Access

• Before using Standalone access all the manual entry of SWIFT messages were released to the SWIFT Network before some normal checks were executed automatically such as:

– Anti-money laundring (incl. OFAC Filtering)

– Archiving of messages

– Validation of FIN Messages

– Routing of payments

• All these checks were done manualy, which cost a lot of manual

• Intervention and risk

• Integrated with our Middleware

• Decrease number of manual repairs and risk of extra charging by correspondents due to enhanced monitoring/management of all messages

• Improved resiliency

• Easy implementation within our ‘Business Continuity Management’ procedures

• Standalone Access, as part of the Alliance “Family”, fits in our policy to use only Alliance components
