ABSTRACT A study on performance appraisal evaluation of team performance is critical when teams exist in an organization, the focus of performance appraisal in most firms remains on the individual employees. Regardless of the emphasis, an effective appraisal evaluates accomplishments and initiates plans for development, goals and objectives. as it leads to employee satisfaction which in turn is linked with productivity. Hence, enhancing QWL has numerous benefits like employee satisfaction, harmonious employee-appraisal relations, and increased performance, profitable and organizational effectiveness through which the organizational objectives are met. In THE ROSEFABRICS, most employees are satisfied with their jobs as job security is good. However, the employees are not very satisfied with the working conditions which should be improved and recognition should be given for good performance. By improving these deficient factors of QWL, effectiveness of the organization can be achieved.
