BORN IN WASHINGTON DC AND RAISED IN BELGIUM, FRANCE AND ENGLAND AUDREY LAURENT HAS BEEN WORKING IN HOSPITALITY FOR OVER 20 YEARS WITH A FOCUS ON HOTEL OPERATIONS, PARTICULARLY ON HIGH END PROPERTIES THAT CATER TO THE ENTERTAINMENT AND FASHION INDUSTRIES.AUDREY STARTED HER CAREER WITH THE LEADER OF BOUTIQUE HOTEL DEVELOPMENT, IAN SHRAGER, AT THE PARAMOUNT HOTEL WHERE SHE MANAGED FRONT DESK OPERATIONS. SHE THEN WORKED FOR 10 YEARS AS HOTEL MANAGER AT ANDRE BALAZS’ MERCER HOTEL ESTABLISHING HERSELF NOT ONLY AS A CONSUMMATE OPERATIONS MANAGER BUT A GREAT SALES AND VIP RELATIONS OFFICER. MOST RECENTLY AUDREY HAS BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR DESIGNING AND DIRECTING THE SALES DEPARTMENT FOR THE BOWERY HOTEL (BD HOTELS) IN NYC, MAINTAINING A YEAR TO YEAR GROWTH THROUGHOUT THE RECESSION YEARS. SHE HAS ALSO BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR OPERATIONS AT THIS HOTEL AS WELL AS SERVED AS CONSULTING DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (POD HOTELS) AND GENERAL MANAGER (MARLTON HOTEL) FOR THE SAME GROUP.AUDREY HAS ALSO DESIGNED SALES, OPERATIONS, SOP’S, CONCEPT DESIGN AND TRAINING MANUALS FOR THE ACE HOTEL IN NYC, Z HOTEL (LI CITY NY), NOLITAN HOTEL, ETTE AND RAINBOWLAND MARINA IN TIANJIN, CHINA AMONG OTHERS AS FOUNDING MEMBER AND PRINCIPAL AT COY LLC AND MAC&LO HOSPITALITY.

HIS PROFESSIONAL CAREER HAS TAKEN HIM THROUGH THE RANKS OF MANAGEMENT WITH THE TERENCE CONRAN GROUP, JEAN GEORGES, DANIELLE’S, DENNIS FOY AND ON EXECUTIVE DIRECTORSHIP AS OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR SOHO AND TRIBECA GRAND HOTELS, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS FOR DELICATESSEN GROUP, RUBY’S LLC AND MOST RECENTLY CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AT THE ONE GROUP, A PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY WITH OVER 1000 EMPLOYEES AND 150 MILLION IN YEARLY REVENUE WITH ASSETS IN LA, LAS VEGAS, MIAMI, ATLANTA, WASHINGTON, NYC AND LONDON.

SERGIO HAS BEEN A FOUNDING MEMBER AND PRINCIPAL OF COY LLC AND MAC&LO HOSPITALITY AND SPECIALIZES IN BUSINESS AND OPERATION SYSTEMS AND MULTIPLE ASSET MANAGEMENT.
