EXPERIENCE 1. PRMS –Cardinal Health(03/2015-till date)PRMS is a full-fledged ERP package developed by Acacia technologies, which is a division of Computer Associates Inc. USA and later acquired by SSA Global. The target customers for this application are primarily manufacturing and distribution companies running their systems in Client/Server technology.

PRMS has a menu driven approach and functions are grouped together. The menu set follows a tree structure and each menu in turn has different sub menus associated to it. The functions associated with each menu can be accessed by entering option numbers from each menu or by directly entering the unique program name associated with each function. Each menu has some commonly used functions grouped together and can be accessed directly from that page which makes navigation easier in the system. Presource has added option level security. All users can view the options but the user must be authorized to execute any option.

The major menu groups under PRMS, which are applicable to Presource, are: Manufacturing Financials / AdministrationPresource Products and Services is a part of Medical Products and Services and provides over 30,000 unique components, and supports over 1,200 qualified suppliers.

The Presource team performs functionalities such as component qualification, pack design process, video imaging, maintenance of eDHR details, multiple maintenance on each order etc, which ensures that the customer demands are always satisfied and the components are safe to use.

2. ANZ Esanda (01/2012- 02/2015)

Esanda is one of the major assets finance division of ANZ. Esanda is used for lending money to customers for the purpose of buying personal as well as business assets. The Esanda application is divided into two parts namely ELS and ANZCAP.

ELS are used for customers who require a loan within the limit of $150000. ELS are basically used for Individuals and small business companies. ANZCAP is mainly for high value customers requiring loan greater than $150000. This is mainly availed by big business companies.

3. WS AS/400 Support(1/2011-01/2012)

The AS/400 Support project is meant to provide Technical solution by Cognizant for Williams Sonoma INC. The project was executed using the onsite – offshore model using 24x7 execution mode. The bulk of the production support, bug fixing and enhancement activities for Corporate system were carried out from the offshore Kolkata development centre, while the onsite team concentrated mainly on getting the user requirements for new enhancements and coordinating with the offshore and business users at onsite for resolving functional and technical issues related to Corporate system applications.

Cognizant has been offering AS400 technical support for Corporate Systems Applications of Williams- Sonoma through its unique onsite/offshore delivery model using a highly proficient AS400 Team with adequate Retail Domain expertise. The applications handled by Cognizant Team that runs on AS400 span across core Retail functions like Sales Management, Finance and Accounting. The Business Applications that come under the purview of this project include:

Excellence in Accounting (EIA). Purchase Order Interface. Tax Audit Reporting. Mail order Month End Reporting. Sales Tax. Refund Checks.

The deliverables from the Cognizant team includes resolving the production issues, bug fixing, enhancement requests and status monitoring.

4. WS Marketing Systems Production Support(05/2010-12/2010)

Providing Technical solutions to the Marketing Management Systems (MMS) of Williams- Sonoma. The Marketing Management systems deals with managing marketing related information for all of the brand concepts of Williams Sonoma namely –

Williams-Sonoma Pottery Barn PB teen Potter Barn Kids Hold Everything Williams Sonoma Home West Elm.

All Marketing is done through 3 major channels – Retails Stores, Catalogs and Internet. It is a critical 24/7 support to the AS400 systems to ensure faster response time and for corrective actions

5. Power Managed Health CARE System, CIGNA – dates (10/2007 to 4/2010)

CIGNA –PMHS is basically a claim engine. It processes CIGNA’s HMO claims. It receives the claims electronically and then does auto adjudication to validate the claims and to determine the amount to be paid for each claim. Then checks are generated in the Accounts Payable process and are sent to CHIRPS for the validations. After validating the check, the check is finally delivered to the vendor. Along with the check an EOP is sent to the vendor and an EOB is sent to member. The EOB’s detail whether the service is covered by the plan, the claims submitted, the payment made and the balance amount if any. The system also generates feeds to the other downstream systems.

PMHS is basically a development, maintenance and enhancement project
