1. Tournament will be played with 9 round Swiss system.
2. Time control - 20 minutes + 5 seconds increment per move.
Appeals Committee - Protests, if any, against the decision of the Chief Arbiter must be lodged within 15 minutes of incident, with protest fee of 300/- in writing to Appeals Committee, to be formed at the start of the tournament.
Organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any entry without stating any reason thereof.
5. Prizes will not be shared. Player will be eligible of prize of higher value.
6. Latest FIDE rules will be accepted.
7. Entry fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
