Y2K Readiness

performed independent tests in early 1999.All known problems were resolved.

z Y2K issues have arisen since that testingy Maryland has uncovered Y2K problems with

Trns•port 4.1by Y2K certification status of supporting tools

reported issues and determine an appropriateresponse and resolution

z Vacation plans are being coordinated to insureavailability of necessary staff to address anyissues that might occur in a timely manner

Customer Support

z Working with TTF members to assist ITIand agencies in:y Determining what is an enhancement and

what is a "bug"y Establishing the order in which TMR's will be

fixed within a given Priority Level

z ITI to set up SiteManager List Servers tofacilitate review and prioritization of TMRs

On-Site Services Activities

z Since the 1998 Trns•port User GroupConference:y 86 trips to 9 states and New Brunswicky 123 Service Units completed, an increase of

over 16%

z Evaluation License Support Servicesy 14.5 Evaluation Site License Support units

completed since 10/98y 8.5 more units scheduled for completion by

the end of the 1999-00 contract period.
