This growth led to formation of an independent company AAR Insurance Kenya Limited, which offers a wide range of medical and non- medical insurance products.
Today AAR Insurance has a presence across the region through its intensive branch and broker network.
AAR Insurance is also a licensed financial service provider and a member of the Association of Kenyan Insurers.

In line with AAR Insurance (K) Limited’s Mission of delivering value by empowering people to take control of the things that matter most, AAR Insurance has established a Contact Centre department for the purpose of ensuring provision of consistent, positive and enviable customer experience. The Contact Centre platform is a facility through which AAR Insurance (K) shall manage its existing and potential clients through AAR Insurance authorized media.
Through the established relationship channels, the Contact Centre shall be able to provide a response mechanism to customers’ queries and an avenue through which service offers may be fulfilled.
