• Early Bird Rate of $1,995/standard single booth, or $2,245 Early Bird Rate for premium single booth, plus applicable taxes if payment received by August 1, 2020. After August 1, booth fees increase to $2,195/standard single booth plus applicable taxes (includes a maximum of 2 booth staff). Premium booths are defined as corner booths and those in highest traffic areas.

• Single Booth space is 10' wide x 10’ deep.

• Booth assignments are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and will be confirmed upon payment of fees.

• CSSE will provide pipe & drape, one skirted table and 2 chairs.

• Exhibitors will be responsible for any costs that may be incurred as a result of their requirements. NOTE: exhibit hall is NOT carpeted

It is agreed by the Exhibitor that any request for cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellations received before August 15, 2020 will be refunded 50% of the booth fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations received after August 15, 2020. Transfer of booth fees to the sponsorship program would result in no cancellation fee.
