• The most important quality of the manager to make an idea to implement and follow by his team.

To find the solution for any task is it easy. But, executing and make the following by his team is the difficult task . Most, if the problem occurs due to this executing failure.

experience.• Team members suggestions• Open idea for difficult task to everyone from

that select the best solution.

Note: If any of your team members saying

suggestion to you, is it not worth or not useful whatever may be you should hear completely, do not hesitate or avoid their suggestions from that definitely some idea will spark in your mind.

Make their way:• If, your team member saying his idea do you

feel is it worth, try to implement in their own way . In that you feel need more result, make him suggestions and share your idea and get output from them.

Note: If you already know the concept or have

a new idea of the team member suggestion. Do not change their whole concept, try to modify in your team member idea. If you change the whole concept really they disappoint and they will not show interest during execute.

Built to team work:• After finding the best solution make it has

team work. It is nothing but communicates the idea to all the team members and add their suggestions too. Make all the person’s involvement in the idea.

Note: During conveying some of the people

simply say silly reason to reject or modify the concept. Do not worry about them, strictly say “ you should follow the concept”.

Implementation:• After frame the structure, start

implementation by involving all the team members, Try to get output what are all you discuss.

Note: Definitely there will be alter occurs after

implementation. Keep on updating the idea.

Review and audit: Most of the good ideas are getting

failure at this stage only, to avoid this after implementation makes an audit process immediately and continually reviewing is the only way to success of the idea.

Note: During, execution the team will work on the

idea. After, some period they will not show interest. so do not stop your review at the same you do not forget at any hard condition. If you stop, the whole effort will be faded.

Rewards:• After success, give reward through higher

management people and make achievement visible to all. If even your contribution is more than your team members, show like their victory.

Note: If you do not make visible to higher

people. If anything new idea, first they try to share with higher people.
