CARD APPLICATIONS NOW CLOSING Nationals Member for the Agricultural Region Hon Martin Aldridge reminds local volunteer emergency
service organisations of the Royalties for Regions-funded Emergency Service Volunteer Fuel Card
(ESVFC), for which applications close this Sunday, 10 January.
“I urge all eligible brigades, groups and units to submit an application before Sunday,” Mr Aldridge said.
The ESVFC is available for eligible brigades, groups and units to apply for an annual $2000 fuel card to
assist volunteers.

Notice of Planned Sewer Upgrade
The sewer located on Annetts Rd / McNeill St and James St / Owens Ave and within the laneway is
planned to be replaced between 11th January and 5th February 2016.
This may cause existing sewer connections to be
isolated between the hours of 7am and 5pm on any given day. Further details of the actual dates and
works affecting individual properties will be advised via post well prior to work commencement.

Sincere Sympathy is expressed to the Carter families on the recent
passing of June. June was a very active member of the Dalwallinu
community, having been on the committees of numerous groups,
including Dalwallinu/Pithara CWA, Dalwallinu District Tourism,
Dalwallinu & Districts Lions Club, Dalwallinu District Agricultural
Society and Dalwallinu Community Resource Centre.
June’s funeral is being held Friday 8th January at 10.30am in the
Oval Room, Dalwallinu Recreation Centre.
