We have approached Will Taylor regarding the pricing and availability for the construction of this road and have been given an estimate of $35 766 + GST. We are seeking Council’s approval to engage the Shire of Dalwallinu to manage the project and build the road at our cost. We are flexible with the scheduling to construct this road and do not want to impose any interference with planned Capital Works or interrupt the Shire of Dalwallinu’s commitments. Following our research, we have been informed that we can pay a bond towards the construction of the road for these conditions to be satisfied, enabling us to move forward and complete this sub-division and have titles released. We are willing to contribute financially towards this project in advance if required. Thankyou for your consideration and we look forward to receiving your response.
