At Hudson Valley Malt, located in the Germantown Beer Farm, malt is created the old school heritage way using traditional floor malting techniques. Everyday malt is made with fresh grains provided from local farmers for craft brewers and distillers. Tours are available by appointment.

Apples are grown, pressed, fermented, distilled and bottled at the same location. 60 pounds of apples equals one 750 ml bottle of vodka. Harvest Spirits triple distills their signature Core Vodka and produces Cornelius Applejack, Core Gin, John Henry Single Malt Whiskey, Brandy and specialty Pear Brandy.

Sundog Cider is blended with local sweet and tart apples pressed and combined with champagne yeast to gently ferment in to hard cider. The cider is available on site in kegs and cases.
