Conclusions and Outlook
� Network Manager‘s central source of operation support is key to support Lufthansa’s operation targets
� To improve the efficiency of Lufthansa Operation Center processes and tools is the close coordination and cooperation of our CFSP and Network Manager’s tools and procedures prerequisite (CFSPG)
� We expect Network Manager’s strategic support in terms of harmonization of tools and processes for the ECAC airspace (SESAR), considering the crucial need to be compliant with AO’s requirement for global interoperability
