  • Lot 1 Gaston’s FarmhouseA delightful farmhouse which has remained in the ownership of the same family since 1976, prior to which it is believed that the family occupied the farm as tenants from the late 1920’s.

The house is thought to date in part from the 17th century. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and together with the barn to the rear, which has been used in conjunction with the house for many years, would benefit from modernisation and refurbishment.

The house is approached over a long drive, surrounded by gardens and grounds, with wonderful views over its own farmland. Adjoining the barn are the stables which together with the house and Lot 2, form a court yard to the west of the house. To the north and east of the garden is an orchard. To the east of the garden is a paddock, extending to about 1.75 acres.
