THE INITIATIVEStartup Daily is a media platform that delivers the latest news and insightsfrom the Australian and New Zealand startup and tech ecosystems.
The publication also partners with brands to create engaging written, audioand video content helping to position those companies as thought‐leaders toour engaged audience of over 100,000 entrepreneurs, investors and corporateinnovators.
Silicon Paddock is a new part of the platform that we are launching to connectregional startups with the wider Australian and global startup ecosystems. It isa content and education play powered by corporate partners with a vestedinterest in supporting the regional economy.
Events will also play a major part of the initiative with Silicon Paddock Fest inMay 2017 being the first regional‐based tech conference in the country.
We want people to everywhere learning to live well and creating the worldthey want to live in.
SO, WHAT ARE WE BUILDING?
A platform that connects regional startups with the ecosystem, corporates and government.
A platform that produces original content including news and insights on rural startups.
A platform where users can take advantage of various STEM education opportunities.
A platform that collects data and insights from various activities made available to the community.
A platform with a complete open framework for other rural communities to use to drive innovation.

This includes bespoke content driven activity on the Silicon Paddock platform that aligns totheir company goals for the year. It also includes the creation of two bespoke ten lessoncourses aligned with your company expertise that our team will work with you to create.
The education piece is important as it is key to driving change in the metrics around STEMeducation etc in the community.
Foundation partners also have the sponsor costs for Silicon Paddock Fest 2017 included intheir pricing. All pricing is ex gst.
