½ cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

Monday has unfortunately earned the reputation of disdain from every nine-to-fiver and school-going person on the planet. It’s the clichéd day to hate, but it doesn’t have to be. How you define the day — good, bad, or somewhere in between — all comes down to how you start your morning. Here’s what you can do to turn your next Monday into a day that sets a tone of calm and success for the week.

Use Sunday night to your advantage. While you’re watching

your favorite Sunday night TV programs (or during the commercial

breaks) make lunch for the following day — or heck, make lunch for the entire

week. While you’re at it, prep the coffee maker, organize your clothes, charge your phone, and set out your wallet, keys, and other accessories you carry on the daily.

Get out of bed early. Set your alarm slightly earlier than you normally would. Then, go to bed at a reasonable time to ensure you get the hours of rest you need. Not only will you be able to hit the snooze button guilt-free (you’re going to do that regardless of what any article recommends), but you’ll be out of bed at least a few minutes early. You’ll gain

several precious minutes to do everything you need before heading out the door.

Keep breakfast simple. You can still have a nutritious and delicious breakfast without a production — or having to rely on unhealthy fast food. Come morning, make a simple breakfast. Keep the ingredient list short. A healthy breakfast sandwich doesn’t need to have anything more than egg and avocado between two pieces of toast. That’s good eats. If you’re feeling extra adventurous, sure add meat or cheese, but nutritionally, the healthy fats, proteins, and complex carbs in the toast, egg, and avocado will take you all the way to lunchtime.

directions1. Preheat oven to 425° F.

Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.

2. In a large bowl, combine panko and Parmesan; season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

3. Working in batches, dredge asparagus in flour, dip into eggs, then dredge in panko mixture, pressing to coat.

4. Place asparagus in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.

5. Serve immediately.

A smile is the first thing that people see when you’re at your best — happy, carefree, and confident. A beautiful smile can change your mood, make you fall in love, or brighten someone’s day. But braces can be awkward and painful, and as adults, they can also be a little embarrassing. Well now there’s a better way to get the smile you want without the brace-face.

If you struggle with crooked and crowded teeth, or want to fix an overbite or gap, invest in yourself and allow your smile to shine with Invisalign — a customized series of aligners that avoid the pain and discomfort of braces while still getting great results. These aligners gently and gradually adjust your teeth without any metal brackets or wires. Every step of the process is tailored to fit your needs. The best part is that you’ll look great throughout the process (shhh … no one has to know your teeth are getting straighter under these invisible

aligners), and you’ll get the confidence you want with minimal interference on your daily life.

Invisalign not only offers cosmetic and comfort advantages, but has health and cost benefits as well. Brushing and flossing properly with braces can take up to 30 minutes, and there is a risk of discoloration to the teeth once brackets are removed. This inconvenience can be avoided. Invisalign’s trays are removable, which makes

brushing and flossing a breeze. This allows patients to maintain optimal tooth health throughout their adjustment and avoid the expense of additional dental procedures. In fact, once you make your treatment plan, you’ll only have to see your dentist once every six weeks, compared to once approximately every three weeks with traditional braces. Fewer office visits and procedures saves time as well as money and allows you to get out there and shine!

Give us a call at 212-928-1000 to discuss how Invisalign can help your beauty shine with a megawatt smile!
