SEMS and Emergency Landing Point

Said in a simple way, the measurement of the structural elasticity in real time (SEMS) makes the whole aircraft in a full sensor in itself. Therefore I explicitly state, that with the SEMS, it is possible to locate an aircraft on any point of the surface (ground or water), at the height that we want, with the exact angle of attack and at the minimum speed possible or just before the stall speed. It is understood that this maneuver or application refers to an aircraft with the engines off and from the minimum flight altitude. A clear example of application of the system (SEMS) in an emergency of this kind, would be the case of the water landing on the Hudson River (US Airways flight 1549 - 15 January 2009).

As responsible of this discovery or innovation and in accordance with the strict norms of air safety, I understand that it is my obligation or duty to request publicly to the national and/or international air safety agencies, to carry out the test maneuvers for the approval/certification of the corresponding programmes or software of emergency, according to each type of aircraft if necessary. There is at least one simple know-how that would ensure the perfect mathematical accuracy of this application, which will be explained later or when required.
