As a father of two, I am proud to bring my kids to Mass at St. Alphonsus to

show just how enlightening the experience of belonging

to this parish is for me, their father. It most

definitely rubs off on them. If for some reason I don’t

make it to Mass, I do not at all feel complete that week.

I find it extremely fitting when I come into the church

for Mass and up on the screen I see, “Welcome Home,” because a home

is what I've found at St. Alphonsus. The peace

of weekday Mass, the energy of the youth at Switch and iMPACT, the music we play

for Mass on Saturdays – it all has come to mean

so much to me.
