The following statement is to satisfy the requirement ofFAR 91.409 section (f) by identifying which program will be used inspect this aircraft:

This aircraft, engines, and related components will be inspected in accordance with the Trust Aviation Inc. Approved Aircraft Inspection Program (AAIP) by the authority granted within the Trust Aviation Inc. Operations Specifications section D-73 currently dated 8/26/97. This program meets the requirements ofF AR 91.409 (e) (f)(2), 135.419, and Canadair Time Limits/Maintenance Checks PSP601-5 and will be revised on an ongoing basis to stay in compliance with the manufacturers program. This program allows the use of the Flexible Maintenance Program as outlined in the Trust Aviation AAIP page 2-6, paragraph II.A.3.

This is to certify that a 100 hour inspection has been accomplished on this aircraft in accordance with the Trust Aviation Inc. Approved Aircraft Inspection Program as required and approved by FAR 91.409(e),(f),(2), and 135.419 and is approved for return to service. This inspection meets the requirements ofPSP601-5 Time Limits/Maintenance checks, chapter 5, revision 26 dated April 03, 1997.

AD 86-10-02 R1 amendment 39-6437, dated Feb. 9, 1990- Flutter damper inspection, Inspected left and right aileron dampers II A/W paragraph 2. No defects noted- next inspection due at 6122.4 hours.

AD 95-17-14 amendment 39-9344, dated Sept. 12, 1995- HSTA brake checked IIA/W paragraph 1,2,3&4. No defects noted- next due at 6022.4 hours.

Complied with the following CAMP codes: 242114 ADG oil level and leakage check 271121 Left aileron flutter damper check 271126 Right aileron flutter damper check 349220 Capacity check INS battery 349223 Deep cycle INS battery 520021 NDT passenger door hinge 520026 Visual inspect passenger door hinge

Replaced right engine 2 O'clock ignition lead with repaired PIN 4049T61P01 , SIN CJW589FB. See New Horizons Aircraft Ignition Repair ' s 8130-3 # 7611 , dated 1011 6/97. Ignition leads checked for proper routing per SB 74-6, dated Feb 26, 1993.

Replaced right elevator inboard PCU with repaired unit PIN 2770538-111 , SIN off 1356, SIN on 1162 1/NW PSP601-2 chapter 27-37-00. See Parker 8130-3 # DN97-9792 dated FEB 24, 1997.

Replaced #2 main tire and wheel assembly with overhauled wheel PIN 5009029-1 , SIN off AUG94-0820, SIN on OCT89-01141NOV83-145 and new tire PIN 256K43-4, SIN off62611130, SIN on 71411412. See Aero Repair 8130-3 #500929-1 dated 08/26/97.

Installed cabin display interface unit PIN 540-7010-014-8617, SIN 037 after repair by Colt Electronics. See Colt WO A2121 dated 10-27-97.

LEARJET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TITLE Title to all parts and matenals mstalled rn Customer's atrcraft will not pass to Customer until payment rn full ts recetved by LearJet

2 PAYMENT All payments are due 10 full upon delivery of the a~rcraft to Customer except where alternate credtt terms have been agreed to in wnttng The maximum allowable charges under the laws of the state tn which the work is performed will be applied to all past due accounts from the due date to the date paid . Customer agrees to pay all costs and expenses, rncluding reasonable attorney's fees, tncurred by LearJet to enforce tts nghts hereunder

3 TAXES. Customer shall pay aH appltcable federal , state and local taxes, duttes and other related charges 1m posed under any present or future law Such taxes will be added to the mvoice unless Customer prov1des appropriate certtftcates of exemption Customer tndemntf:es and holds Leaqet harmless from and agamst all such taxes

4. EXCHANGES. If parts are replaced on an exchange basts and the exchange core requ1res replacement parts not normally reqUired durmg the overhaul then Customer wtll be I table for the cost of such replacement parts.

5. CHANGES. Changes to the scope of work prov1ded for by thts work order are subJect to Learjet's approval and may be made only by wntten amendment to the work order or addittonal work orders Changes may affect pnce and de!tvery

6. EXCUSABLE DELAY LearJet shall not be liable for delays or any fadure to perform 1f such delay or fadure anses out of causes beyond the control and wtthout the fault or negligence of Learjet. mcluding, but not ltmtted to. acts of God, acts of government, ftre , exploston, floods. lock-outs, fretght embargoes. unusually severe weather or delays caused by vendors or supplters of Leaqet

INDEMNIFICATION Customer shall tndemntfy and hold LearJet, tts employees and agents harmless from and agamst Joss of or damage to the ancraft for any reason or cause whtle the a~rcraft IS m the possesston or control of LearJet or on the premtses of LearJet unless such loss or damage IS solely, dHectly and proxtmately caused by the negltgence of LearJet In no event shall LearJet's l!abdtty exceed the pnce of the work, art1cle or part whtch gtves nse to a claHn for loss or damage to the atrcraft

8. FLIGHTS BY LEARJET Thts work order does not cover any flights of Customer's atrcratt If Customer des!res or Learwt ts requtred to perform any test, del1very 01 other fltght , Customer shall provtde evtdence of appropnate tnsurance to protect LearJet pnor to any such fl1ghts

9. WARRANTY

A WORKMANSHIP Learjet warrants the work performed by tt under thts work order agatnst defects tn workmanshtp for the followtng pertods of ttme after the atrplane ts returned to servtce ("Atrplane Return to Servtce Date")

MAINTENANCE AND MODIFICATION WORK Maintenance and mod1f1cat1on servtces are warranted for ntnety (90) days or 100 flight hours whtchever occurs ftrst

AVIOt-JICS INSTALLATIONS lnstal!atton servtces for fteld approved or supplemental type certtftcate avtontcs modtftcattons tncorporatmg new equtpment or components are warranted for one year or 400 flight hours, whtchever occurs ftrst New av1on1cs components warranty wtll be admtntstered by thetr respect~<Je manufacturer or vendors

C CUSTOMER OWNED EQUIPMENT Customer-owned eqUipment that ts repatred by LearJet ts warranted for ntnety days from the date sh1pped to the Customer Customer-owned equipment that ts overhauled by LearJet ts warranted for stx months from the date shtpped to the Customer Thts warranty coverage applies only to detatled parts, ctrcutts, and/or functtons of the equtpment that are servtced, repa1red, overhauled or replaced by LearJet and not to the complete certtfted untt Unless removed by LearJet for functtonal bench testing and/or recertification only. the costs of functional bench testtng and/or recerttftcatton are not covered by warranty Customer shall be responstble for functtonal bench test and/or recerltftcatton charges for ttems that are returned to LearJet for warranty repatr and are found to be w1thm manufacturer's tolerances and spectftcattons

D WHAT'S COVERED Upon rece1pt of prompt nollf1cat10n and satisfactory ev1clence of the defect, mcludmg return of the defective component or part to Leaqet where poss1ble . LearJet wdl correct the defectiVe workmanship or repa1r or replace the defective 1tem w1thout charge If the fa1 lure occurs w1th1n the warranty penod of a part ongmally sold and Installed at a Le~HJet Bombard1er Av1at1on Serv1ce Center. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO THE WORK PERFORMED AND THE PORTIONS OF THE PARTS OR COMPONENTS FURNISHED BY LEARJET UNDER THIS WORK ORDER AND SHALL NOT APPLY TO INDIVIDUAL PORTIONS OF SUCH PARTS OR COMPONENTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN SERVICED, REPAIRED OR REPLACED BY LEARJET HEREUNDER. LEARJET SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION FOR REPORTED DEFECTS OR MALFUNCTIONS WHICH ARE CAUSED BY NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, OR ACCIDENTS, OR IMPROPER STORAGE, HANDLING, INSTALLATION, OR OPERATION PRACTICES OR GENERAL MISUSE OR ABUSE. AT ITS OPTION LEARJET MAY REQUIRE ALL WARRANTY REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS TO BE PERFORMED AT A BOMBARDIER AVIATION SERVICES CENTER OWNED BY LEARJET.

THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED IN FACT OR BY LAW. EXCEPT FOR THE PROVISIONS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS WORK ORDER, THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE. LEARJET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY FOR ANY DEFECTS, FAILURES, OR MALFUNCTIONS IN PERFORMANCE, DESIGN, MANUFACTURE OR OTHERWISE. THE EXTENT OF LEARJET'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE CORRECTION, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTS IN THE MANNER DESCRIBED HEREIN. ALL OTHER REMEDIES AGAINST LEARJET FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE WORK PERFORMED HEREUNDER, OR THE SALE, USE, OR OPERATION OF THE AIRCRAFT OR ANY COMPONENT OR PART OR KIT FURNISHED HEREUNDER ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. ALL TRANSPORTATION CHARGES, FUEL, CREW EXPENSES, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OR OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMER .

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. LEARJET'S LIABILITY ON ANY CLAIM OF ANY KIND. INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF, CONNECTED WITH, OR RESULTING FROM THIS WORK ORDER OR THE PERFORMANCE OR BREACH THEREOF, OR FROM THE MANUFACTURER'S SALE, DELIVERY, RESALE, OR REPAIR OF ANY ITEMS FURNISHED UNDER THIS WORK ORDER SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE PRICE ALLOCABLE TO THE ITEM OR PART THEREOF WHICH GIVES RISE TO SUCH CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL LEARJET BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11 REPRESENTATION UpOn nottce to Learjet, Customer's representattves may be granted reasonable access during normal bustness hours to LearJet's fac!Jittes and the atrcraft while the work ts betng accomplished Customer's representattve shall comply wtth LearJet's safety rules and regulat1ons Customer's representative shall not have access to any portton of LeafJet's fac1ltttes whtctl may be restncted by U S Government secunty regulattons, or so destgnated by Leaqet

13. CONSENT TO JURISDICTION Customer agrees that all cla1ms and disputes ansmg out of thts work order shall be subJect to the exclustve Junsdtctton of the ccurts of the state m whtch the LearJet factltty performmg the work IS located Any clatm or lawsUit brought by Customer hereunder must be commenced wtthtn one year from the atrptane return to servtce date

14 WAIVER Fa1lure by LearJel to assert all or any of 1ts nghts upon any breach of th1s Agreement shall not be deemed a wa1ver of such nghts e1ther w1th respect to such breach or any subsequent breach nor shall any wa1ver be tmphed from the acceptance of any payment

15 SEVERABILITY If any prov1ston 1n thts Agreement IS tnvaltd or unenforceable 111 any respect , the vaiJdtty and enforceabtll!y of the rematntng prov1stons of the Agreement shall not be affected

16 ENTIRE AGREEMENT Upon executton of lhts work order by Customer the provtstons hereof (mcludtng the perttnent documents drawmgs. and specJftcattons appltcab!e hereto) shall const1tute the enttre Agreement between the parttes and supersede all pnor pnces, offers, negottattons and agreements relattng to the subject matter hereof, tncludtng but not ltmtted to Customer's terms and condtttons of purchase presented to Leafjet pnor or subsequent to the date of th1s Agreement
