IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS AT SOUTHERN COUNTIES

Exhibitors will find that their benches are close to their rings (so bench numbers do not run consecutively) and can be accessed directly from the roadways running through the tents. Opposite the benches will be the wet weather rings which open out of the tents onto the main showground the whole being bounded by the trade stands. The committee is anxious to introduce continuing improvements and any comments and suggestions from exhibitors and trade stand holders will be carefully considered after the show - please send your comments to [email protected]

DIRECTIONS – The showground is off the M4/A43 Junction 13

The Newbury Showground is adjacent to this junction – follow the brown direction signs to Newbury Showground

THE SHOWGROUND

You will be directed to the appropriate car park. Exhibitors will be directed to area as close as possible to the rings. Priority Parking, Members, Judges and Officials should follow the signs to their parking area. Disabled Exhibitors parking (Blue Badge only) is close to the toilets BUT less able exhibitors should check their ring position to ensure they park in the most convenient place. PLEASE make sure that your car park label is clearly visible in your windscreen so you can be directed to the right carpark quickly. Passes will not be required on entry but will be checked on exit. Please refer to the map overleaf for the location of your rings. It will help if you familiarise yourself with the layout before you arrive at the show.

COMFORT ZONE

ON EXIT

You will be required to have your passes available at the exit AS THEY WILL BE CHECKED. All dogs on the showground MUST have a pass. Exhibitors will have passes for their dogs and any entered Not For Competition, but all others should be benched in the Un-entered Dogs Tent where a minimum donation of £7.50 will be requested and pass outs for dogs will be available (Rottweiler Welfare is in charge of our tent caring for Un-entered Dogs).

The Committee of the Association hope that you have an enjoyable day and would be pleased to receive any comments about the show (there will be a suggestion book in the Secretary’s

office) to help us improve it in future years
