There are many ways to embrace laughter.
1. Learn how to laugh at yourself - laughing at your own mistakes helps lighten the mood and it helps you not take yourself so seriously.
2. Stop complaining and start laughing instead - When you make a conscious effort to crack jokes instead of always whining or complaining, you will be better able to handle life's little problems when they are thrown at you.
3. Try and be more playful, especially with children or pets because they appreciate the attention.
4. Lighten the mood - Keep fun little toys around or put funny posters or calendars up where you can see them during the day. These can serve as little reminders that you need to lighten up every once in a while.
5. Watch a funny show or movie - this is a great way to unwind as well.
