Transportation and Pickups

In order to help you when you get to Porto, the CC Team will be at the airport with astand on the 22nd and on the 23rd of March. There they will give you information onhow to get to the pick-up point.

The pickup points are:

Transportation and Pickups

Metro functioning time in Porto is from 6 am until 00:30am, so for people arrivingbetween 00:30am until 6am we advise you to call a cab (more and less 20 euroswith bags). In this case, just contact your CC Team at [email protected] we will help come up with the best solution for your situation.

We will publishing a video of how to get from the airport to Trindade in thefacebook delegates group so don’t forget to enter the group if you’re still not in itand stay tuned for more information.

Delegates arriving by train or bus to Porto should specify it on the Travel formreferred above and will be contacted by the CC Team informing what they shoulddo.

Inside the conference agenda there will be space for building entity-to-entity partnership. In order to have the space as productive as possibleand to make sure the output is really powerful, we would like to ask youto download and fill in the following product definition sheets, print thembefore the conference and bring them to Portugal.

Only if we have clear overviews of what are the timelines and what kind ofTN/EP profiles we can provide for each other, only then we can talkabout successful partnerships. Please make sure these info gets to yourelects as well, and to chief delegates.

Some important reminders for all Chief Delegates:

- Please send us one PowerPoint slide presentation (maximum 3slides) of your country for the Global Village and your country's roll call [email protected] with the title: “Country PPT and Roll Call”.

- For any country who performs during the Global Village, the CCTeam will offer to all delegates from that country one beer at the party. Ifyou are going to perform, please send us the duration of the performanceand what you need to do it (music for example)..

events for EuroXpro'15, it is time to reveal the party themes of

this awesome conference...

Are you prepared to face the zombie apocalypse?

Then watch every “The Walking Dead” episode

before coming to EuroXpro since the beginning of

the end will happen here in Porto. Come as a zombie

or as a struggler for survival in this brain eating

monsters world.

Day 0 - Zombie Party

Day 1 - Sports Party

Easy right? Just come equipped as if you were

going to practice your favorite sport or place a tribute

to your favorite athlete and come dressed as him /

her.

Just try to come as Portuguese as you can. Search,

try to embrace our culture and surprise us by being

a typical Portuguese.

Day 2 - Portuguese Night

Day 3 - Zumba Party

Do you even know what Zumba is? If the answer is

no, then do a little research and get ready to a night

of pure fitness. Zumba class will be freely given by

one of the CC’s during the party so bring the right

outfit.

Get ready to listen to classics from the 60s, 70s and 80s.

Come prepared: select one decade that you will be

representing during the party and rock your outfit,

listening to the classics of our parents’ generation.

Day 4 - Vintage Party

Day 5 - Global Village (alcoholic)

What other explanation do you need? Bring

typical drinks from your country and share it with

the other delegates.

Last Day (day 6)

People who will have to leave early must contact the CC Team at

[email protected] and we will arrange transportation for

you.

The saddest moment of EuroXpro’15 is coming: the Bye-bye moment.

Your CC Team will provide you transportation to the airport or to Porto

after the Closing Plenary. The Post-Study Tour will start in this day and

transportation is also guaranteed for the delegates that will participate

in it

Weather in Porto and what to wear

Spring comes on the 21st of Marchand EuroXpro’15 starts on the 23rd ofMarch. With some possible variationsthe weather in Porto and Ofir will besunny, with temperatures rangingfrom 20º maximum to 10º minimumwith an average temperature of14º/15º and low probability of rain.Nonetheless, don’t forget to bring awarm jacket for the night (it’s colderthan days) and a raincoat forprevention.
