2015 (for current and elected EB)

In the block 2015 we will understand the process of practical implementation of vision 2015 -the realization of long – term plan for AIESEC Russia is being presented. It will be the first time we choose the national strategy for AIESEC in the country. It will define what AIESEC Russia and the local committees are going to implement in general during following years.

Operational block (for current and elected EB)

In this block you will understand how to plan in that way that in the end you have: money, results, people, motivation to continue. Moreover, you will learn from our partners how to increase retention rate, manage membership pipelines and do risk assessment. This block will be useful for current EB: to manage to leave great legacy for the next one and get useful knowledge for your future. For elect: this is essential for future growth.

‘Our growth path' (for current and elected EB)

During this session you will analyze your LC development in previous years and make inputs for next term and its focuses. There will be also some separate sessions for expansions: To make sure that expansions have right education to manage thier 'start-ups' we will run separate sessions for them, which will be delivered by Expansion Managers and National team. During this part you will know easy steps to successful development of new LC, what to focus on. Moreover, you will learn how to manage your department and set up processes their.

Block Explanation

LEAD (for current EB)

LEAD - opportunity to make successful future in short perspective till the end of the term, and analyze what will be after the term, to understand role in LC and decide about next step. It is a platform for EB 11-12 to understand their leadership journey, reflect on past, be ready to share worth experience with new EB; Goals of LEAD program are: to strengthen the impact of AIESEC Leadership experience on individual development; to enable AIESEC leaders to become more effective and achieving results; enabling AIESEC leaders to create own leadership vision.

Transition block (for current and elected EB)

During this block you will know how to manage transition process. Training will be delivered by our partner. And also you will finalize clear actions to have successful transition in your LC.
