【背景地図】 ○ 「背景地図」は、平成19年4月   の航空写真等を基に作成して   いるため、道路や建物などが   現況と異なっている場合があ   ります。

【津波災害警戒区域】 ○ 「津波災害警戒区域」は、津波   防災地域づくりに関する法律(   平成23年法律123号(以下、   「法」という))第53条第1項に   基づく区域です。 ○ 「津波災害警戒区域」は、津波   浸水想定(法第8条第1項)を   踏まえ、最大クラスの津波が発   生した場合に、津波による人的   災害を防止するために警戒避   難体制を特に整備すべき区域   です。

【基準水位】 ○ 「基準水位」は、津波浸水想定   に定める水深に係る水位に建   築物等への衝突による津波の   水位の上昇を考慮して必要と   認められる値を加えて定める   水位で、津波の発生時におけ   る避難場所の高さの基準にな   る水位(「法第53条第2項」に   基づく水位)です。 ○ 「基準水位」は、地盤面からの   高さ(メートル単位)で表示し   ています。(下図参照)
